hey all, i'm a senior with a 3.4 GPA and i'm not aiming for top school at all but I need to figure out how to maximize my collage admission potential because i honestly only have 5 solid extra-curriculars which seem to be pretty common in america. I hope to find ways to stand out greatly since i think my time has run out with extra-curriculars and grades.

Hi! Have you been in a leadership position in one of your extracurriculars? If you have you can talk about that, if not you can talk about how much you've grown as a person while in these groups. With the grades, were any of your classes honor, or IB/AP? Or something equivalent in your school? Talk about yourself and your growth as a student in the last 4 years. You got this!!
