Planned classes on transcript??

Hello!

I am preparing to apply to college in the next couple weeks, and I have a bit of an issue...I am a full time dual enrollment student, so my classes are by semester. I have my current classes as IP (in progress) on the transcript, but how should I put on the planned/anticipated classes for spring? Is there a common abbreviation like IP for planned classes? Or do they go on as IP, too? I kind of really need them to be on the transcript.
