Hi there!

A fee waiver is available to citizens of the United States, including those living in Puerto Rico and other U. S districts. If you live in any of those places, then you can easily get a fee waiver through your school counselor.

If you do not live there and are not a U. S citizen, then you are an international student and you cannot get a CollegeBoard fee waiver. The solutions left are to pay from your pocket or to contact the EducationUSA office in your home country. They usually have fee waivers for students, and could help you with one.

Good luck!
