ED advice for international applicant
I am an aid seeking international student who wants to apply ED and is considering some Lacs. The ED rates are higher than RD but does that also apply to aid seeking intls? Do all just defer competitive ones to RD pool?
How do I choose between which school to apply? General advice please!
