Testing not available for me

I’m not available to take a test. The last four have been canceled. Will this affect my chances of getting into top schools.

Colleges are aware of these cancellations and say that it won't negatively impact you, but technically, if you are competing against other applicants with good scores, wouldn't it put you at a disadvantage? I know the UCs have gone completely test-blind, so it doesn't matter if you have test scores for applying to that system. Generally, I would say for top schools with a <20% acceptance rate, not having tests will definitely affect your chances. Other than that, if you have a strong GPA, then you shouldn't be impacted that much for other schools.
