Should I specify if my activity is virtual this year?

In my activites section of the common app, my description of my activites are largely based on how they were before covid when we could meet and do stuff in person. But should I specify that now they are being done virtually or do colleges already assume that. I don't have much space for these descriptions so I'm not sure if that's necessary. For the most part, however, the what I'm doing for the activities remain the same pre covid and during covid.

Hello!

I'm a high school senior. I wouldn't be too sure if colleges would assume that your activities are virtual. However, if your description for each activity is the same pre and during covid, I would suggest that you don't mention that it is being done virtually because your commitment (how many years you've done it) will show that you are still continuing to do the activity even during covid. Instead, your activity's description should focus on what you've accomplished and what you've done. If you want, however, you can include that the activity is being done virtually in the "Additional Information" section of your common app. I don't think it's completely necessary though, but it's all up to you! Hope this helps.
