How do I fill out the activity section for University of Illinois?

Hi, one of the schools that I am applying to is the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. They don’t accept the common app, so I am applying through their specific application portal. Their activities section only has boxes for activity, position, years, weeks per year, and hours per week. There is no section that says describe this activity like in the common app. I was wondering if anyone else applying to UIUC knows whether they maybe want you to explain the activity under the “position” section. How do you think I should fill out the activities section?

Hey, I'm also applying to UIUC. I don't actually think they want you to describe the activities that you're doing - when I filled it out I just literally wrote down my leadership role in each activity. I would use the major essay to describe the extracurriculars that are really important to you. It's definitely a weird application.

Best of luck to you!
