What does it mean when I have a 0/0 hour left for my essay but no report delay?
This is the first time it has happened to me and I have been waiting around a day for the review so I am confused what it means when I have 0/0 hours left which usually gives a report delay button but I don't have that.

I'm assuming it means that the person who had to review your essay didn't. But I'm not completely sure because this hasn't happened to me before.
