Should I include my 1490 SAT score with my UGA Honors Application?

I got into UGA early action but did not get into honors. The average honors SAT is 1505 from last year, my SAT is 1490. When applying for honors regular decision, should I include my SAT score? UGA is test-optional for 2020.

https://youtu.be/6BOHRRwSiDs Essentially its middle 50% there’s still 25% on each side.

Also after you are accepted then do you apply for honors? Becuase if you were already rejected I wouldn’t apply again until the end of freshman year for junior year.

I don't understand your question.

If you already got admitted to UGA why do you have to apply to the regular decision?

Is UGA Horrors a different program of study? Or a Scholarship?

How did you get into UGA EA? With a test score or without a test score?

Please explain why you have to re-apply to a school you already got into.

And clarify whether you already submitted a test score to them.
