If I had to choose should I take AP Chemistry or AP Physics 2 senior year?
Answered

I'm a junior right now that is selecting courses to take senior year. I am applying for a internship program with a local hospital, which will allow enough time in my course schedule for 1 science course, the only rigorous science courses I can choose are AP Chem and AP Physics II. I did well in both Honors chem and AP Physics 1. I am considering following a medical path in college and as a career, which would you choose if you could?

Both will greatly help if you plan to do premed, but since you already took one AP physics class, you should take AP Chem

Both Chem and Physics are pre-med required courses, but Chemistry will be more important for the MCAT (there's barely any Physics). It's more important to have a strong Chem background.
