Not sure if this is quite what you're looking for, but here's a list of programs focused on writing: https://blog.collegevine.com/8-awesome-creative-writing-opportunities-in-the-northeast-us-to-pursue-this-summer/

Keep in mind that summer programs are generally only worth it if they're selective and free. Many end up being big investments, and aren't that prestigious, even if they're held on the campus of a top school.

If you're looking to develop your interest in literature, it may be more useful to pursue self-driven projects, like submitting essays to newspapers or literary magazines. Or, you could start your own literary magazine. You could also potentially volunteer or intern at the library, with a literary publication, or with a literacy non-profit. Hope this helps!
