Over the summer and sometimes the weeks during the school year, I help my dad manage his business. I sometimes give out paychecks when he's not around or just manage the business as a whole when he's not here. There is no set manager at his business, since he is always there. Whenever he offers to pay me or put me on the pay roll, I usually refuse since I have nothing to do with the money. Would I count as a manager, and does this count as an actual job?
You can put this activity down as Employment in the chancing engine. Putting it under Employment best describes it, while Volunteering and other activities do not. When I put stuff into the chancing engine, I just put down what best describes it, and I imagine many others do the same thing.
