Hello! Most of the Universities in Florida I've done research of have GPA scales of 0.0 up to 4.0. The minimum GPA on the 4.0 scale to attend a Florida State (public university) uni is 2.5 (I believe also unweighted, so it potentially won't factor in things like AP or Honors classes) GPA. Most students in Florida are encouraged to have at least a 3.0.

If your state/school calculates GPA's differently, try looking into online GPA calculators that can convert your grades.

From a few preliminary searches, the average accepted GPA at Florida State University is a 4.07, weighted, which is higher than 4.0 because of additional quality points from honors or AP classes.

Hope this answers your question!

Yes, we can see below.

FU considers all aspects of a student's application, background and qualifications when making admissions decisions.

GPA. 4.4-4.6.

SAT. 1350-1490.

ACT. 30-34.
